The folks at Near Near Future point to a fake marine biology site set up as part of a viral marketing promotion for Ubisoft's new video game: Cold Fear.
They aren't trying to make it entirely fake, as following the root URL redirects to the Cold Fear homepage, and if you view one of the large photos on the "fake" site, it also eventually automatically redirects to the Cold Fear homepage as well.
