The Black Eyed Peas are using their official MySpace site to offer streaming of their upcoming album, Monkey Business... Yet another great use of MySpace to build buzz.

Hey, MySpace do a LOT worse than providing hosting for this kind of Viral Marketing (great phrase btw).
They SELL marketing created / compiled by their forums / 'blogs' to... well, anyone. I hear 'indie' music labels are high on the list.
I'm sure it was on BoingBoing, any ideas?

I know at the agency I work for, we've talked to MySpace about these services they offer... If you're a commercial entity (other than a band), they make you pay to do any type of marketing if it's CLEARLY a commercial effort. Although I'm not sure if they publicize these services anywhere on their site.
You certainly can get information on them by talking to the ad reps for MySpace.
