In Manhattan, The Container Store has introduced a unique way for shoppers to buy. Their GoShop! Scan and Deliver service lets buyers scan the items they want to buy in the store, and then have the merchandise delivered. They'll deliver anywhere in Manhattan... the same day for a fee.
It would make sense to me, in a city like New York, for this type of service to be a standard thing. Any New Yorkers out there know of any similar service in the city?
