On the heels of the announcement of the Digg.com redesign, AOL has leaked some information about the "Digg Killer" that they're launching... actually, they haven't really leaked much. You can see a tiny bit of the interface in the screenshots, but not enough to make any judgements.
Based on earlier information, we know that AOL's "Digg Killer" is really a revival of Netscape, headed up by Jason Calacanis. AOL sure is releasing a lot of "killers", but none of them seem to be killing anything.
Update: TechCrunch has some more details, including better screenshots of the homepage and an individual article page from the actual interface.
Basically, it's like Digg with a bunch of advertising and a cluttered interface.
Update Update: It's live... check it out at: beta.netscape.com. The criticism is already rolling in. Service seems to be up and down, so be patient.
