AOL's YouTube Killer?

AOL has launched a beta of their new "Uncut Video" service. It's already being talked about as a YouTube "killer", but it's missing a pretty valuable feature that YouTube offers: tagging.
So AOL is clearly trying to turn itself around. We recently posted about AIM Pages, their "MySpace killer", so what's next for AOL? Are there any other popular services they can copy? How about a Flickr clone? Or maybe they'll launch a Wikipedia clone.
