In 1999, Google only had 5 employees in addition to Larry and Sergey. It was then that a German newspaper, Stern, had Karsten Lemm interview Google's dynamic duo about Silicon Valley's startup culture. Lemm has republished the entire interview here, including the image of Larry's business card above.
It's a great look at Google at an early stage. Many of their early assumptions about the direction things were headed were fairly accurate. Definitely worth a read and a reminisce.
