The Stupidist Product Ever Made... Ever

Wowwee

Yikes... this is perhaps the strangest commercial ever made, for what can only be described as the stupidest, creepiest, weirdest product ever invented. The WowWee Alive Robotic Chimpanzee Head... Watch the commercial here.

And yes, folks, you can actually buy this thing.

Million Dollar Homepage

A British college student is raising money for tuition in a unique way. He's selling advertising space one pixel at a time. Every pixel on MillionDollarHomepage.com is sold for $1. Groups of pixels can be bought to create larger ad spaces. You can check out the full story in this Register article.

646 Pounder

Everyone just take the rest of the day off and think about this.  That's what I'm gonna do.

Reality HR

I missed this last week, so here it is. Zipatoni either lost all their new business staff, or is looking for some publicity... They've started a contest to reward the lucky individual that can land them a client. This seems pretty desperate for an agency that lists some pretty huge brands on their client roster. What's more... unless they get a client whose business is worth more than $100k, there's no return on this investment.

McDonald's Live Journal?

MissmcdScreenhead points to a fairly disturbing Live Journal site entitled "A Day In The Life of Miss McDonald."

Although it would be pretty scary if this was the product of a marketing department somewhere, it appears that this is just a really disturbed young lady with a thing for McDonalds. Wait... now I'm having trouble deciding which scares me more.
